1 head iceburg lettuce
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 can of artichoke hearts
1 sm. jar pimentos
Sm. red onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar

Toss all ingredients. Add dressing a few minutes before serving.
