ITALIAN ZUCCHINI 
2 lg. zucchini
Eggs
Flour
Italian seasoning or oregano
Tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese

Skin and slice zucchini. Dip into egg and then flour, seasoned with Italian seasoning or oregano. Fry zucchini in oil until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels. Layer in large casserole dish, beginning with sauce, then zucchini, sauce and cheese. Continue until all zucchini is used. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbles.
