ITALIAN ZUCCHINI 
3 med. zucchini, sliced thin
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
