BACALAO VIZCAINA (Cod Fish) 
2 lb. cod fish, dried
1 qt. chopped fresh onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 bunch chopped parsley
1/2 lb. boiled potatoes
5 oz. can olives
7 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. water
Salt & pepper (you choose the amount)

First, boil the fish in water so the salt would come off. Then heat the olive oil and fry the onion on the same pan. Then add the chopped parsley, the tomato sauce and the fish and put the chopped potatoes in it also. Add the olives, salt and pepper (you choose the amount). Add 2 cups of water and let it all boil in low heat for 10 minutes. Makes a serving for 10 people.
