NO-COOK FUDGE BALLS 
1/2 c. natural peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut, flaked
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. unhulled sesame seeds
1/2 c. ground sunflower seeds
1/2 c. carob powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1/8 c. liquid lecithin

Melt honey in top of double boiler. Stir in peanut butter. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls and roll in ground nuts or unsweetened coconut or mixture of both. Cool. Makes about 54 balls, 1 1/2 inches.
