COCONUT PHILLY FUDGE BALLS 
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Shredded coconut
Salt

Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese; mix until well blended. Stir in vanilla and pinch of salt. Shape into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Chill and serve.
