SALSA DIP 
1 (10 inch) flour tortilla

Bake over small bowl (4 inch). Bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees with foil. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes.

1 c. mild salsa (more if you like)
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Blend well and microwave about 4 minutes or until hot and melted. Put in baked shell. Add sliced green onion for garnish. Serve with taco chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
