HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. butter 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/3 c. chopped onion (optional) 1 1/2 to 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded Heat butter with soup. Combine with remaining ingredients and pour in greased casserole. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with a little butter. Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
