HASH BROWNS OR POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. dried onions or 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick melted butter
32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns or 2 lbs.
Salt & pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 c. rolled corn flakes

Melt butter in 9"x13" pan. Add ingredients and mix. Place cheese and crushed cornflakes on top.

Variation: Cheese may be mixed with hash browns and 1/4 cup melted butter poured over 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
