BIGTONE'S RANCH BAKED SALMON 
2-4 salmon fillets (1-2 fillets per person)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing
parsley flakes
oregano flakes
seasoning salt (Lawry's)

Season each fillet with seasoning salt, let soak for about 1 hour.

Place each fillet on a piece of aluminum foil. Rub Ranch dressing over each fillet until covered. Sprinkle parsley and oregano over top.

Seal foil packets and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or grill for about 15 minutes.

Serve with your favorite pasta salad or fried rice and grilled vegetables.

Variation: Use light Ranch dressing for a complete healthy meal.
