1 (3 to 5 lb.) whole chicken, cut up
1 bag Cool Ranch Dorito chips
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Crunch up an entire bag of Cool Ranch Doritos, put in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter in small bowl. Cut chicken to desired pieces.

Coat the chicken pieces with the butter, season all the pieces with the seasoning salt and pepper. Roll in the crushed Doritos. place in a greased 8x10-inch baking pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour, or until done.

Serve and enjoy the great taste of Cool Ranch baked chicken!
