MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
Scant 1/3 c. Crisco oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees until done in 3 pans that have been greased and floured.

ICING:

1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip or a little more
