SPRING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix well. Bake in 3 (8") tins, that have been greased and floured. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until edges are brown. Do not over bake.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (1 1/2 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix pineapple and pudding well. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost between layers and top. Sprinkle top with coconut.
