SPRING FLING CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can Mandarin oranges (juice too)

Put this in bowl. Beat 2 to 3 minutes with electric mixer. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

In a large mixing bowl put 1 small box instant vanilla pudding. Add 15 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple and juice mix (will be thick). Fold in 1/4 teaspoon lemon flavoring and 9 ounce Cool Whip. When cake is cool, frost.
