MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (save juice)
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs

Blend all above on medium speed and spread in greased and floured layer pans (3). Bake for approximately 17 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) box French vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Blend well and frost layers. Keep refrigerated.
