MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Beat all together. Bake in 2 greased and floured layer pans or a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until cake tests done. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and frost. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
