SUPER EASY LAYER DIP 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans refried beans
3 or 4 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (mild, med, or hot; you choose)
1 (16 oz.) bag shredded cheddar or Mexican "fiesta" style cheese
jalapenos or green onions, for garnish

Mix taco seasoning with both cans of beans and spread into a 13x9-inch pan. Then spread on dairy sour cream, then salsa. Top with shredded cheese. You can garnish with jalapenos or green onions at this point.

Serve with corn chips (I like SCOOPS) and enjoy!
