1 c. plus 1 tbsp. dried milk 1/2 c. warm water 3/4 c. sugar Add milk to warm water; stir until dissolved, add sugar and stir. Mix this when starting recipe and the consistency will be right when you're ready to add it to your recipe. Equals 1 can sweetened condensed milk. | |
