8 med. potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes until tender. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Mix rest of ingredients together and spread on potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
