YUMMY YUMMY POTATOES 
8 med. red potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
3-4 bay leaves
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion

Cook potatoes in bay leaves. Let set overnight. Pour potatoes into baking dish and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips (optional).
