SCALLOPED SALMON 
1 lg. can red or pink salmon
2 med. onions, sliced thin
1/4 stick butter
1/2 lb. box saltine crackers
1 qt. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole. Make layers of crushed crackers, salmon, onions and butter. Pour preheated milk over the ingredients. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
