SALMON QUICHE 
1 (15 oz.) Pillsbury all ready pie crusts
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
4 eggs
1/2 c. half & half or milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

15 1/2 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked, reserving liquid
6oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese

Prepare pie crust as directed.

In small skillet, melt butter, saute onion until crisp-tender. In large bowl, combine eggs and half & half, beat until smooth. Add salt, paprika, pepper and onions, mix well. Stir in salmon and reserved liquid. Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pastry lined pan. Pour salmon mixture over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 8 servings.
