YUMMY POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes, cooked, unpeeled, peel and dice
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. container sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake in 12x9 baking dish or pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
