LAYERED CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Press in pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 of lg. size Cool Whip

Mix until smooth and put in crust.

3RD LAYER:

1 pkg. (lg.) chocolate instant pudding (prepare as directed)

Put on cream cheese. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
