THREE LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. self rising flour 1 c. crushed pecans 1 c. confectioners sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. Cool whip 1 (3 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding 1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding 3 c. milk Mix butter, flour, and pecans; press into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat together confectioners sugar, cream cheese, softened, and Cool Whip; spread on cool crust. Mix and beat together chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, and milk; pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top; sprinkle with nuts. |
