ULTIMATE SCALLOP POTATOES 
8 cups thinly sliced & peeled potatoes
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon butter
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 teas pepper
paprika, to taste.

Combine soup, milk and pepper in a bowl. In a 13 X 9-inch baking dish, arrange two alternate layers of potatoes, onions, cheese and soup mixture. Top with pieces of butter. Sprinkle paprika on top. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375°F for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes reach desired texture. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
