APRICOT NECTAR CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix, Duncan Hines 3/4 c. Crisco oil 3/4 c. apricot nectar (1 sm. can) 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar Juice of 1 1/2 lemons Empty cake mix into large bowl. Add oil, apricot nectar; mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Ovens vary, test to be sure cake tester or toothpick comes out clean. |
