ORANGE ROLLS 
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
5 c. flour

Combine milk and butter; heat to scald. Add orange juice concentrate and cool to lukewarm. Pour over sugar, salt and yeast; add eggs; beat well. Mix in flour, let stand 10 minutes. Knead on lightly floured board.

Place in greased bowl, cover; let rise until double. Shape into rolls. Put into greased pans and let rise until double. Bake in 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until browned. Yield 24 rolls.
