ORANGE CRESCENT ROLLS 
1 yeast cake
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs
Dash of salt
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour, sifted

In bowl dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in the warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and knead well. Let raise 2 hours or until double in bulk. Dough will be sticky. Roll out on board as for a large pie shell or pizza shape. Cover with filling and cut in wedges shaped like pieces of pie; roll up, place on greased pan and let raise.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour over topping when rolls are removed from oven.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
Juice of 1 orange
1 c. toasted coconut

Boil for 3 minutes. Drizzle over rolls. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Rolls may be frosted instead of topping.
