EGG CHEESE SAUSAGE BAKE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
7 slices white bread (sandwich)
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Remove crust from bread and cut in cubes. Mix eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. Blend well. Stir in sausage, bread, and cheese. Pour into oblong casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
