9 LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 c. celery, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (Do Not Thaw)
1/2 red onion, diced
1 c. green pepper, cut fine
8 slices crisp cooked bacon, diced
6 to 8 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Layer vegetables in large plastic pan with lid in order given.

TOPPING:

2 c. real mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar

Spread over salad. Top with 1/2 pound grated cheese. Let stand; refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
