EIGHT LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 can peas, drained
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheese, grated
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Place in layers as listed above. Make sure you cover all ingredients before the cheese. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
