NO PEEK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice (reg.)
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cut up chicken, skinned
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 c. boiling water

Mix rice, soup, celery and water together. Add chicken and sprinkle dried soup mix over top and cover tightly. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
