ITALIAN TOMATOES 
whole tomatoes (1 for every 2 servings)
fresh garlic (or garlic powder)
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Slice each tomato in half horizontally so you have the top half and the bottom half. Sprinkle a pinch of garlic, and Italian seasoning on each half. Cover the top surface in Parmesan cheese and then a little salt and pepper for flavor.

Place them on a cookie sheet in the oven on 400F for 15 - 20 min or until they are soft.

Serve hot.

These are a quick and easy side for almost any meal. Great with chicken or steak.
