EASY ITALIAN PARMESAN TOMATO
SOUP
 
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup (Campbell's)
1 can milk (use empty soup can)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick's)
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

Place soup in bowl and use empty can for milk. Add Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic, and red pepper flakes and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Place in covered bowl in microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes (you can use stove top method, but it takes much longer).

NOTES:

If you are using family size soup can, multiply ingredient amounts by 2 1/2. Similarly if you use more than one can, multiply ingredients by cans used (e.g. if you use 4 regular 10 oz. cans, multiply other ingredients by 4).

Also note that if you increase amount, you need to increase the time in microwave, about 1 1/2 minutes per extra can (or if you are using family size can, microwave for 6 minutes)
