2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Beat eggs, melt butter, and mix all ingredients with a mixer. Pour into two unbaked 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
