BACON CHEDDAR PUFFS 
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bring milk and butter to boil over medium heat. Add flour all at once, stir constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.

Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Makes about 3 dozen puffs.

Can be frozen: To serve, heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 5 to 8 minutes until thoroughly heated.
