FROZEN BANANA SALAD 
2 c sour cream
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 large bananas, mashed
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 T maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 t salt

Spray 5 cup mold with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients; stir until well blended. Pour into mold and freeze for several hours or overnight.

Unmold salad and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Yield: 10 servings
