PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
2 lg. onions
Dash pepper
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. oil and butter mixed
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of tomato soup mixed with 1/2 can water
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Brown pork chops on both sides. Slice onions and place on a flat baking sheet. Place browned chops on top. Season with salt and pepper. Top with a layer of sliced potatoes. Surround with tomato soup mix. Sprinkle with shredded American cheese and parsley. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
