PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
2 lg. sliced onions
2 lb. potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown pork chops in 3 tablespoons butter. Remove chops and saute onions in drippings. Grease casserole dish and arrange chops in bottom. Layer on onions and potatoes. Add chicken broth and top with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
