PEAR MARMALADE 
4 c. pears, peeled and cored, fully ripe
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
5 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jel

Measure sugar and set aside.

Stir Sure-Jel, fruit and spices together. Bring to a full boil over high heat, stirring constantly. At once stir in sugar. Stir and bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
