FRENCH PECAN PIE 
6 egg whites
1 c. sugar
24 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1 sm. can coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Beat eggs until stiff, adding sugar a little at a time. Then fold in other ingredients. Bake in a buttered pie pan 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Top with Cool Whip when served, if desired.
