22 Ritz crackers, broken into sm. pieces by hand
1 c. pecans, chopped into lg. pieces
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites, beat stiff

Grease 9 inch pie pan. Mix first 5 ingredients; fold in egg whites. Put mixture in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Cover with whipped cream and shave German sweet chocolate on top.
