GRAHAM CRACKER BRITTLE 
1 box graham crackers
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar

Layer single layers crackers in pans. Cook butter and sugar 1 minute. Add nuts and pour over crackers. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven, 5 minutes. Cool and break into pieces. Makes 2 pans, 9 x 13 inches.

Make sure to bake the full five-six minutes until the crackers turn a darker brown or your crackers will cool to a soggy texture and not crunchy. And be sure to cool all the way to room temperature before moving them off the pans.

This is a yummy and simple recipe to prepare. My family loves this treat. I drizzled melted chocolate (melted semi-sweet chips) over the pieces, yummy!

I added sliced almonds, mini marshmallows, baked pecan pieces and semi-sweet chocolate chips and flaked coconut Inot sweet) and added kraft caramels about 6 of them, to the brown sugar/butter stuff before drizzling over graham crackers and cooked til all turned nice and brown on top ... so delicious
