GRAHAM CRACKER BRITTLE 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup sugar
graham crackers, broken into fourths
broken pecans, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter and sugar together. Lay graham crackers (broken into fourths) on a large cookie sheet with sides. Arrange broken pecans on top of crackers. Spoon melted butter over all.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.

Note: Watch closely!
