LEMON JELLO-ORANGE JUICE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 4 eggs 3/4 c. Wesson oil 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 3/4 c. water Combine all ingredients EXCEPT Wesson oil. Beat well for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add Wesson oil and beat for 1 minute. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. TOPPING: 1 (6 oz.) can undiluted orange juice 2 c. powdered sugar Mix ingredients well. While cake is still warm, punch cake full of holes with a straw or meat-fork and immediately pour topping mixture over the cake. |
