3 egg whites, beat until stiff
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. vanilla

Stir all ingredients together. Pour into ungreased pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
