SUMMER PECAN PIE 
20 Ritz crackers
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Crumble Ritz crackers. Beat egg whites until stiff; mix all ingredients. Put into greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
