SUMMER FRUIT PIE 
3/4 c. crushed graham crackers
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. apple jelly
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. grapes
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. strawberries, halved
2 fresh peaches, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, stir together graham crackers, butter, and sugar until well blended. Press crumb mix into an 8 inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes. In a small saucepan, combine jelly and water. Stir over low heat for 3 minutes. Arrange fruit over baked crust. Drizzle jelly mixture over fruit. Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
