GUACAMOLE DIP 
Mash 2 pitted and peeled ripe avocados with fork. Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder. Spread 1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise over mixture, sealing to edge of bowl. Chill. When ready to serve, blend mayonnaise into mixture. Serve with chips or crackers.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
